About this site

This site went first live in December 2001, following a period of intense application development. It is a technical proof of concept that turned to have a life of its own.

Technology

The site is built on a combination of open source software (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and is designed for efficient maintenance in a multi-language environment. At this point of time, you can take the personality test in four languages and if we will find volunteers for translation, more will come.

Psychological Typing

It is in talks with friends that Yuval, the initiator of this site, realized that there is more to it than a nice application to proof a concept. The interest shown in the concept was amazing. So he decided to publish the site.

This would have not been possible without the support of the team, all volunteers.

The site is still work in progress and we will add more and more information over time as we gain insights from the plenty of tests that we hope will be taken here.
